Carnell hails from Homestead, Fla and is a valuable Student-Athlete for the 2003-2004 Back To Back CIAA Championship winning FSU Broncos football team. Carnell played in the backfield last year and enjoyed a productive statistical season; however, opponents will have to deal with him on the defensive side of the ball as coaches have shifted him to a linebacker position for the upcoming year.
