"Major increases are being proposed for funding of " Trio programs " while the funding for Title III programs remains at the same level as FY 98.

The Board of the NATTA is requesting that you mail, fax or e-mail. Congress requesting increased funding for the Title III before voting begins.

As agreed at the Title III Conference in Washington, JANUARY 12, 1998 will be
National Title III E-Mail Day.

In addition to sending E-Mail to your congressperson and senator, check this
board for the E-Mail addresses of key congressional officials. We would
like to flood Washington with messages from students, alumni, faculty and staff.
