 | Jurying and Awards:
The juror will select the works for the exhibition from slides. After
viewing the accepted works installed in the gallery, the juror will determine the merit
award winners. The juror reserves the right to reject, upon arrival, any piece of
unacceptable craftsmanship and quality not discernible in the slide.

$1,000.

 | Sales:
Sales will be encouraged. The Rosenthal Gallery retains a 20%
commission on all sales.

 | Return of work:
All work which is hand delivered must be picked up from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. Monday through Friday following the close of the exhibit (exceptions
can be arranged). Work will not be released before the closing of the exhibit.
All returned work should have been prepaid by the artist through UPS,
FedEx or the Post Office. Any work returned without prepayment will be sent
C.O.D. by UPS with a $15 additional handling surcharge.

 | Liability and Agreement:
Submission to this exhibition constitutes acceptance of stated conditions
and includes permission to photograph accepted work for publicity and educational
purposes. All entries will be handled with care. However, Fayetteville State
University will not be responsible for any loss or damage to submitted work in transit.
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist during shipping.
