The President Zohair called the meeting to order. The first order of business was if there was any interest in adding a Webmaster position in the ACM club. It was voted yes that we have a Webmaster for the next year.

The next order of business was the elections. First the nominees for president: Zohair and Dave Gibson, by majority vote Zohair will remain president.

Second vice president, which was Dave Gibson Third was nominees for Secretary: Gardea and B.J., by majority it was voted that Gardea will be secretary.

The next position was Treasury the nominees were Prince and B.J. by majority vote Prince will hold this position.

Finally the new position of Webmaster nominees were Dindo, and Nasheed, the new Webmaster will be Dindo.

The results of the programming contest were Teams 1 and 3 came in 128 places and team 2 came in 87 places. This was a great experience for everyone stated Vice President Chris Freeman.

The last thing on the agenda was the Gear Up Project. This will be taking place Saturday November 17, 2001 from 9 to 12 in the Helen Chick Building. If anyone else is interested in volunteering please contact any one of the officers, or just show up Saturday.
